Unnoticeable perfection.
There are so many acute details in this award-winning new build project.
Vaulted ceilings, hidden blind boxes, negative details on walls, ceilings and lighting. But what doesn’t go unnoticed is the sheer amount of concrete. 330m2 concrete, all poured in situ, formed and faceted.
This large, volcanic, lake-facing site was essentially cut in two, with hard landscaping (two concrete pools) achieved in the first instance. The house then sits above them, with breezy conservatory-style spaces connecting to lush landscaping and courtyards. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple living areas, a home theatre, basement gym and artists loft, this home is understated luxury at scale.
